Roles & Responsibilities
Provide secretarial services for the director including (filing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and follow-up).
Answer telephone calls, address queries, and take messages.
Screen incoming mail and organize mail delivery.
Handle day-to-day administrative issues including coordination with the head office.
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services & inform colleagues about clients' arrival.
Documentation work and other office assistance work
Emailing and Must speak good English
