Job Description
Your Tasks Will Include
- Supporting the lawyers in their day-to-day business
- Correspondence per email and phone in German and English
- Preparing, formatting and sending legal documents, letters, emails, presentations
- Managing deadlines with the court and assisting with the legal submissions
- Recording services, invoicing and expense reports
- Managing the partners' diaries and organization of travel
- Reception of clients, organization and coordination of appointments and other diverse administrative activities
