Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Job Description:
? Provide visionary leadership in academic and administrative areas.
? Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, conducive learning environment.
? Foster innovation in teaching and learning methodologies.
? Act as a spokesperson for the school in public and community events.
? Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the school.
Qualifications:
? Female; 40 years old and below
? Bachelor in Education or PGCE (PhD/Master’s in Education preferred)
? Must have at least 15 years of experience in education industry; 6 years whole experience as Principal; and 3 years as Vice Principal (preferably majority of experience in the UAE)
? Extensive knowledge and experience in American, AP, and IB Curriculum
