Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking to add a driven and creative Hospitality Planner to our dynamic team! Our Hospitality Planners serve as an ambassador to a client s desired region or destination. We sift through all the possible destinations to visit, incredible natural wonders to see, and spectacular places to stay, in order to design custom trips for clients. Whether it s a honeymoon, business trip, family vacation, or the adventure of a lifetime, we work alongside the client to tailor an itinerary to suit their needs. If you are detail-oriented, self motivated and love to help others, you may be a great fit!
Responsibilities
- Collect client's information and maintains confidential files
- Process payments from clients
- Follow company procedures
- Market current promotions from various suppliers
- Cross sells relevant products to enhance the trip experience
- Participate in ongoing trainings
- Stay up to date on the latest travel information and requirements
Requirements
- Customer service
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- Professional communication skills
