YOUR INGREDIENTS
- You have a HBO+ degree in business studies;
- You have 7+ years experience, preferably in a high-volume supply chain setting (order management, customer service in FMCG);
- You are a real team leader/player;
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive on challenges;
- You have a proven track record in managing development projects;
- You love analytics to improve your customer experience;
- You are service oriented and strive for the best customer satisfaction;
- You have a problem solving mentality;
- You take ownership of your responsibilities;
- You have experience working with ERP systems (D365, SAP, et cetera) and reporting systems (PowerBI);
- You have excellent communication skills.
