- Assist and support customers through order management, providing product information, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage complaints through to resolution in line with company policy.
- Receive and process orders to the system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and relevant documentation.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Support sales team with product-related queries.
- Manage 3rd party service providers for delivery queries and issues.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Business or Export related qualification.
- Preferably based in the UAE with regional exposure.
- Proven experience in customer service within the pharmaceutical industry.
- SAP Experience is a must.
- Knowledge of export/ logistics process and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
