Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Planning Manager. This role will be responsible for assisting the Planning Manager in developing and implementing effective planning strategies to support the companys growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Planning Manager in developing and implementing planning strategies to achieve the companys objectives.
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential development opportunities and market trends.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop project plans and timelines.
Participate in the preparation of project proposals feasibility studies and financial models.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Planning Manager.
Assist in negotiating and managing contracts with vendors contractors and other stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all planning activities.
Mentor and guide junior team members and provide necessary support and guidance.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Urban Planning Architecture Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 610 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of urban planning principles zoning regulations and building codes.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
