Established in 2002 our client is a prominent global alternative investment management platform specializing in global macro strategies. They cater to institutional investors worldwide managing assets for entities such as sovereign wealth funds corporate and public pension plans foundations and endowments. With a team exceeding 350 members including over 100 Portfolio Managers Traders SubPMs their offices are strategically located in Europe the USA Asia and the Cayman Islands.
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join the team focusing on crypto and digital assets. This role aims to provide institutional investors with access to compelling opportunities arising from the structural disruption and innovation brought about by blockchain technology.
Tasks
Team Insight:
As a member of the fundamental long/short team specializing in crypto analysis you will play a vital role in underwriting liquid tokens. Your primary responsibilities will involve extensive research and modeling within a small closeknit team dedicated to long/short fundamental liquid token investing. This team with years of collective experience in the crypto field adopts a highly technical approach. This involves understanding protocols as well as developing proprietary trading and data analytics to inform investment decisionmaking.

- Regularly produce reports and build models
- Actively engage with online crypto communities forums and social media platforms to stay abreast of sentiment and discussions related to altcoins and emerging projects
- Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail delivering highquality reports within tight deadlines
Requirements
- Understanding of crypto and blockchain technologies.
- Understanding of markets and previous work in traditional markets preferred
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
