Waiter

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, embodying Filipino hospitality and warmth.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Offer menu recommendations and describe dishes to guests.
• Attend to customer inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a Filipino restaurant is preferred.
• Knowledge of Filipino cuisine and familiarity with traditional dishes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Training in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Filipino languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
