Training Manager

Selection Criteria for this role are as follows:

A Passionate and Energetic Trainer from any industry is welcome to apply as long as they demonstrate the following attributes:

• Strong presenting skills in facilitating workshops and working groups
• Able to learn the industry by getting out on the floor, rolling up your sleeves and understanding the different roles, safety standards, food regulations (eg HACCP)
• Able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Relate to your audience, really get involved, and enjoy working with a diverse range of personalities and helping them succeed.
• As an experienced Trainer, you will know how to learn new industry skills and develop best practices across the business.
