Assist users with account-related issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing guidance on using Netflix's streaming platform.
Navigate multiple systems and tools to accurately process user information, update account details, and escalate complex issues.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
