Job Description
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
- HNC/Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplined engineering team is required
- Technical experience in projects and/or complex engineering activities
- Knowledge of package related products
- Approval of technical documents
- Direct communication with suppliers and customers
- Leadership skills
- Change management skills
- Influencing and persuasion skills
- Commercial acumen
