As a F&B Supervisor, your main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the operations of Restaurant and Bar as well as All-day Dining, Room Service, Pool Bar and other outlets
- Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests
- Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 Star service standards.

Qualifications
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Proficient in Opera POS system
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
