Open Position: Application Service Support, Manager (IT Service Provider)
An IT service provider is currently hiring Application Service Support, Manager to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor s degree in IT/ Computer Science or any related area.
Minimum of 8 years experience in an IT industry with experience working as Level 2 or 3 Technical Support.
Provide overall direction for the IT Service Support team members covering Application, Database and etc.
Manage complex customer issues, coordinating appropriate technical personnel, defining workplan, deadlines and driving customer communications until customer has confirmed issue resolution.
Ensure depth and breadth of technical skills are maintained across the team to support customer demand.
Monitor the overall quality of service provided by the departments for our clients.
Having professional IT certifications would be an added advantage.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
