Leading, coaching, and guiding a team of energetic F&B attendants to Make Our Guests Smile;
• Delivering exceptional guest and dining experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
• Support initiatives of the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure departmental goals are met and exceeded;
• Work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure service is seamless and organized;
• Rostering, recruitment, and onboarding new hires are all part of the day-to-day;
• Drive employee satisfaction through coaching and creative engagement activities;
• Purchasing and ordering stock and maintaining stock levels
