Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer on a permanent basis for our client based in Liverpool paying between 60,000 to 75,000 + Great Benefits depending on experience.
This role is hybrid with an expectation to attend the office 3 days per week.
Requirements
The Senior Data Engineer will possess proven skills working with the following -
- Scala, Python, Java
- AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, Security groups)
- AWS Data platforms (Redshift, RDS, Glue)
- Azure / GCP
- Terraform
- JUnit, Mockito, Scala Test, pytest
- Maven, Gradle, SBT,
- Git
- CI/CD, Jenkins
- Big Data - Apache Spark, Hadoop
- design of data warehouse, ETL, Data Modelling
- REST APIs
- SQL
- Linux
- Agile / Scrum
- Docker / Kubernetes
Benefits
This role is paying between 60,000 to 75,000 + Great Benefits depending on experience.
