Head of Signature Programming Dubai UAE
Up to 45k plus bonus (tax free in line with UAE)

We are inviting accomplished fitness professionals to join a dynamic team for an exciting opportunity as the Head of Signature Programming in Dubai and UAE.
As a critical member of our team you will be managing our entire signature programming department aiming to optimize the impact of our clients unique fitness series in all our clubs across Dubai and UAE. Your duties will include organising processes liaising with the Programming team and increasing the range of our offerings to firmly establish our clients position as a leader in fitness and holistic wellbeing in the Middle East.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan for signature programming in Dubai and UAE
- Coordinating with international fitness teams for program deployments
- Training and fostering team members through Learning and Development programs
- Setting and maintaining high customer service standards
- Contributing to sales and marketing strategies with insights on programming
- Overseeing quality assurance in programming standards
Candidates should have:
- Proven leadership experience in fitness programming (head of programming programming manager program director etc.)
- Strong knowledge of signature fitness programming
- A passion for fitness and the ability to inspire others with that passion
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Dubai UAE
