Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Chairman is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Chairman of Dhofar Global Tr Co LLC. The role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
Primary Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain Chairmans calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
Coordinate travel plans and itineraries
Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes
Handle correspondence and prepare documents
Monitor and respond to emails
Source and maintain contact lists
Assist with research and other projects
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Manage confidential documents and information
Assist in the preparation of presentations reports and other materials
Liaise with internal and external contacts
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration management or related field
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: Commensurate with experience
