Lobby Shop Manager

As a Lobby Shop Manager, we rely on you to:

• Take responsibility of the colleagues, retail stores' operation and the retail stores' performance
• Maximise profitability of the retail stores of the hotel and drive revenue
• Ensure a high quality of service is delivered to our guests at all times
• Take responsibility, in partnership with the suppliers, for the retail stores' ambiance and profitability
