Job Description
Qualifications: Master degree in Civil Enginerring or PHD (science / technology / construction / IT).
Experience: 12 years of experience.
Familarity with drawing packages such as AutoCAD and MS Visio.
Good self-discipline and an ability to meet demanding schedule requirement swhilst maintaining high quality work.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in written work.
Structured approach to work with the ability to set and work to, agreed timescales.
Evaluate alternative execution methodologies/materials and determine the most-effective way.
