The Opportunity
As a Client Services Operation Analyst, you will be responsible for building out a reporting system using SQL for our daily operations within the Client Services This role will work with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to handle data requests and ensure timely and accurate reporting, while assisting in maintaining the company’s overall data
This person will leverage their technical and analytical experience to work with company data through Bigquery and data visualization tools while also developing and preparing team
Responsibilities
- Analyzing large data sets throughout the business using SQL
- Understands and supports a complex data model across multiple lines of business
- Define, document and implement metrics
- Source data from various internal sources
- Identify gaps and quality issues in data collection procedures and systems and liaise with stakeholders to address these for greater observability
- Implement and support reliable data pipelines
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of the reporting layer using tools like Looker and Data Studio
- Perform analysis of complex (type, quality, volume) sources to determine value and Determine and recommend data to include in analytical
- Make data available to users and systems through appropriate mechanisms (API, SQL, UI, Batch Exports, Streams, ) to support various internal use cases
- Support internal users with their reporting needs
- Identity and alert on data anomalies, inefficiencies and unexpected trend changes
- Present and translate complex information in relevant business
- Promote data quality awareness and data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with the team on developing and establishing Key Performance Indicators to monitor the health of the ;
- Provide regular reporting on operational performance for business reviews
- Execute data and root cause analyses to identify opportunities for improvement of our workflow processes and data infrastructure
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience Using SQL, with Bigquery experience preferred: use strong analytical and modeling skills, including experience with analysis of large data sets using SQL and modeling in Google Sheets/Excel
- Are able to understand, model, and derive insights from operational processes
- Have excellent communication skills with ability to interface with various stakeholders
- Problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen
- Are capable of elaborating and executing projects from A to Z and keeping the lights on
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
