Provide first-line support for Oracle Fusion Property Management system issues.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and perform routine maintenance activities.
-Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in the Oracle Fusion Property Management system.
Work closely with end-users and IT staff to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
-System Enhancements and Upgrades:
Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and patches.
Test new features and functionalities to ensure compatibility with existing workflows.
-User Training and Assistance
Train new users and provide refresher courses for existing users on Oracle Fusion Property Management functionalities.
Develop user guides and documentation for system processes.
-Reporting and Analytics:
Assist users in generating and interpreting reports from the system.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
-Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between the property management teams, IT department, and Oracle support services.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system updates, downtimes, and enhancements.
-Policy and Compliance Adherence:
Ensure that the use of Oracle Fusion Property Management adheres to internal policies and industry regulations.
Maintain data privacy and security standards.
