Greet Visitors: Welcome visitors to the showroom with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing directions and answering any questions they may have.
Information Assistance: Provide informational materials, general application forms, and admission forms as needed.
Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail, handle outgoing mail, and operate copying and duplicating machines as required.
Record Keeping: File correspondences and other records, maintaining organized and efficient filing systems.
