Requirements:

• Fundamental knowledge and open to learning skills in harvesting, including drying, trimming, curing,
  
• Willingness to keep a clean and organized work environment
  
• Dedication to keeping the facility 100% compliant with applicable laws and regulations at all times
• Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 10 hours/day
  
• Ability to be in an indoor space with cannabis plants and lighting up to 10 ;
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
  
• Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Willingness to take direction and constructive feedback
  
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
  
• Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
  
• Ability to arrive on time (Shifts usually start at 8 am )
  
• Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Washington, which includes being at least 21 years of age
