Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Identify market trends opportunities and threats to adjust the marketing strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are integrated into the overall business strategy.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance.
- Develop and maintain the brand identity ensuring consistency across all channels and campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM social media and email marketing.
