Your areas of responsibilities:
- Order processing via email or EDI package
- Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
- Supporting accounts payable and finance department
- Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners. Handle customer complaints & after sales complaints
- Carry out administrative and organizational tasks. Manage office related purchases, answering calls, invoices & expenses
Responsible for maintaining the CR processes and impementation
Your profile of qualification:
- College or commercial education.
- Strong work experience in customer service and in SAP
- Good MS Office knowledge.
