Senior Tax Auditor VATExcise

Key Responsibilities:
• Audit Planning: Participate in the development of audit programs/plans for selected taxpayers, ensuring comprehensive coverage of VAT and Excise-related transactions.
• Audit Execution: Conduct audits of declarations and disclosures, applying a meticulous approach to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Data Analysis: Analyze audit results to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or potential areas of non-compliance, providing insightful recommendations for resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of audit processes, findings, and recommendations in accordance with established procedures.
• Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and taxpayers to communicate audit findings, address inquiries, and facilitate the resolution of any identified issues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in tax auditing, specifically in VAT and Excise, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and assess compliance with tax requirements.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing declarations and disclosures to ensure accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey audit findings and recommendations clearly and professionally.
