In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain all pricing/sales related activities in

Managing all RFQs for Road, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Cross Trades, RO/RO & Break Bulk

Ability to maintain a daily, monthly, and weekly report on sales inquiries

Obtaining contractual rates from all co-loaders/shipping line agents/overseas agents

Setting up KPI with accordance to global standard, monitoring with continuous reports provide solution to ensure continually

Coordinating and sending report for monthly business reviews on a weekly

Focusing on customer satisfaction in the operation and maintaining after-sales Relationship

Investigating the market and identifying a potential

Responding to RFQs on time and quoting clients on

Understanding the information in the BID/Inquiries/RFQ and floating it to an overseas

Obtaining rates for various levels of shipment and explaining to internal teams how to proceed

with shipments in accordance with

Using volume measurements, identify the co loaders/shipping line/airline

Communicating with the customer and informing them of the shipment

Attending teams/personal meet with all locals airline/ shipping line & overseas agents to build a wealthier

Communicating with salespeople and informing them about market pricing and customer

Handled different type of cargo like DG/ GENERAL/ OOG/ REEFER/RORO/ PROJECTS

Follow up with customer and maintaining the good

Nominating the oversea agent based on the shipment

Converting the shipment with booking confirmation and

Requirements

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

MBA or bachelor s with Supply Chain/Freight Diploma

Must have Minimum 4-5 years experince in Freight industry

Must have Freight Operations & Sales

Must have Freight Operations

Must have Customs & Clearance

Must have exposure in GCC/Middle East
