Analyse the current learning approach and monitor how effectively learning has been transferred to employees to help Deriv meet its objectives. Assess the results and develop high-impact learning initiatives in line with business priorities.
Determine learning goals and develop learning plans using the Kirkpatrick model to ensure maximum learning retention and application.
Develop and implement reinforcement mechanisms to address resistance and performance gaps and also facilitate the celebrations of success.
Drive a culture of continuous professional development through e-learning, classrooms, events, workshops, etc.
Facilitate learning initiatives with business leaders, human resource business partners, and employee groups.
Requirements
A degree in business administration, human resource, training & development, psychology, or any other related field
2+ years of work experience in managing technical and behavioral/leadership trainings
Hands-on experience in e-learning platforms and practices
An understanding of the business strategy and its future capability needs to identify learning priorities across the organisation
Ability to identify skill gaps among employees and create plans to bridge these gaps
Good people management skills
Expertise in learning and development methodologies such as Bloom's Taxonomy and ADDIE
Attention to detail
Organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong planning and execution skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
