Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Wholeheartedly embraces a Passion for delivering Service defined by FIVE's Distinctive Style, where ‘Time is the New Luxury’.
  • Provides timely, 'FIVE-Styled' service that exceeds the highest Guest Expectations, while elevating the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  • Contributes to the Seamless Operation of the Department, ensuring that every facet of the Guest's Food and Beverage experience is consistently Insta-Worthy.
  • Efficiently Supervises all service personnel, directing their efforts to meet and exceed 'FIVE-Star' Guest Service Expectations.
  • Responds Promptly and Professionally to any Guest complaints, resolving them quickly and efficiently, whilst ensuring the Guest is always Satisfied.
  • Collaborates with other Food and Beverage Managers, keeping them Informed of any Food and Beverage-related issues as they arise.
  • Organises all shift-related Documentation on a daily basis, including pre-shift reports, daily training topics, shift floor plans, requisitions for beverages, food, and sundries.
  • Skilfully manages FIVE Tribe Members through the Time Management System.
  • Assures that all ‘FIVERs’ consistently Meet the established Standards of Service by Providing ongoing and recurrent Training in alignment with managerial requisitions and deadlines.
  • Diligently Monitors and Evaluates the service Skills of FIVE Tribe Members, providing regular Retraining and Reinforcement of food quality, service details, and 'FIVE-Star' standards. Conducts necessary Feedback Sessions and Appraisals as required.
  • Ensures strict Compliance with Venues Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Fosters effective Communication between each shift to maintain the Seamless Operation of the Department.
  • Inspires and Leads service personnel, creating an environment that attracts, retains, and motivates every FIVE Tribe Member.
  • Regularly reviews house counts, forecasts, and VIP lists while maintaining the confidentiality of the Group and its Guests.
  • Ensures that Amenity Set-Up and Delivery are executed Accurately, Punctually, and with a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Touch.
  • Assures Compliance with all local liquor Laws, as well as Health and Sanitation Regulations.
  • Actively Contributes to the Development of marketing Initiatives, menu items, and other Strategies to stimulate Sales Growth for each venue.
  • Stays informed about the Latest Market Developments and Industry Trends.
  • Exercises Financial Acumen by monitoring and controlling current budgeted and forecasted Revenues, Payroll, and relevant Product Costs
  • Actively participates in daily and monthly Food and Beverage Meetings, Contributing to the disruptive 'Vibe at FIVE.'
  • Meticulously completes all required Administrative Tasks in line with FIVE’s Protocols regarding staff management.
