Sales Engineer

One of our esteemed clients in the Steel Fabrication Industry is currently seeking Sales Engineer to be based in Sharjah with industryspecific experience in steel structure fabrication and construction particularly within the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to understand and fulfil the unique needs of clients in these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your indepth knowledge of steel structure fabrication and construction to understand clients requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and nurturing new business opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to clients addressing their concerns and offering valueadded solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest products technologies and trends in steel structure fabrication and construction to effectively communicate their advantages.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients market trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and proposals ensuring they align with client needs and company capabilities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the company.
• Provide exceptional aftersales support including addressing client inquiries concerns and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions sales activities and project details.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of industryspecific experience in steel structure fabrication and construction.
• Strong understanding of steel structure products and construction processes.
• Proven sales experience including achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customerfocused with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and industry regulations.
• Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
• Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
• Pakistani/Indian nationals will be given first preference.
