- Entering employment data into the company database
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting higherlevel HR staff with the hiring process
- Setting up recruitment and training events
- Answering any employee inquiries
- Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records
- Develop training and onboarding material
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
- Prepare reports and presentations on HRrelated metrics like total number of hires by department
Requirements
- With at least 7 years Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Having a valid UAE Driving License is a plus point
