Build a Category “Common Range” as the foundation of your EM Range that ensures a consistent Brand Footprint with a focus on adidas own channels without compromising on any commercial opportunities.
Ensure all your BU ranging activities in RMA and M-3 follow the GTM Milestones and timelines.
Drive decision making through data analytics & category tracking paired with consumer trends and market opportunities.
Facilitate efficient communication with respective Cluster and Channel stakeholders, to enable executional excellence as well as driving upwards communication to Global stakeholders.
Work closely with Brand Activation, Omnichannel & Membership teams to ensure executional excellence of Category activations & Key Moments to drive Full Price Sell-through
Review Seasonal Volumes across the Business segments and action against.
