Responsible for the inventory of the spare parts, monitoring and managing the inventory on a regular basis.
Assisting the Service Engineers with the service inquiries coming from the customers.
Answering the questions of customers regarding the services schedule.
Keeping the instruments, customers and service contracts database of all existing customers and updating them regularly.
Monitoring smooth transactions of service operation performed by the Service Engineers.
Performing all administrative supports such as filling records, maintaining a weekly report from Service Engineers, reporting directly to Line Manager for every circumstance occurred.
Preparing all required documents required regarding new installation to ensure and provide appropriate customer service satisfaction.
Coordinating with the Sales & Accounts Departments to monitor transactions for spare parts orders, invoicing of service contract and payments.
Monitoring progress of job orders and service contracts.
