- Ensure the smooth functioning of our client’s talent systems by conducting regular system checks and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the implementation consultant to configure and customize the talent systems to meet business requirements.
- Provide end-user support and training on the talent systems to ensure effective system usage across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the talent systems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Analyze system usage data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for system upgrades and new system implementations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience working with talent management systems, such as applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, and performance management systems.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of talent management best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
