You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Approve and arrange for all petty cash expenses & reimbursements submitted by Zahrawi employees.
• Check, allocate and book bills to different suppliers, such as Etisalat, DEWA, MOH, etc.
• Prepare monthly closing schedules.
• Check and allocate bills associated with insurance and allocating personal share to employees.
• Verify payroll entry and confirm deductions.
• Check and book all expense reimbursements submitted by employees.
• Notify the Sr. Accounting Manager of the expiry and renewal of the inventory.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare reports on a monthly basis such as: inventory aging & provision report including demo inventory, warehouse expenses analysis, item expiry report, write off and adjustment of inventory report and LWF report to be sent to the Sales team and Division Managers.
• Review financial reports to identify and explain variances.
• Perform accounting analyses and report them to the Accounting Supervisor to support decision-making purposes. Requirements
: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field
• Additional details: Candidates must be based in the UAE.
• Experience: 5 + years of experience
