Join a rapidly growing Real Estate/Development Team in Seattle as a Graphic Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of this start-up. If you're a tech-savvy, creative individual who loves to stay organized and tackle tasks head-on, this role is perfect for you. You'll support successful real estate founders by being mainly responsible for the company s visual outlook on online and offline platforms. Design unique creative content for the company's online campaigns, websites, videos, print ads, brand labels, logos, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project
- Obtain approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of three years experience in graphic design
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
