Chinese with Crypto/Blockchain/FinTech experience is a MUST 

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Vice President of Marketing to join the team and drive the advertising and promotion of the company brand and services As the ideal candidate you will possess a deep understanding of marketing techniques and the ability to identify new business prospects to enhance brand recognition and revenue

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys overall marketing strategy aligned with its business goals and objectives
• Lead and grow the marketing team to ensure they work effectively and efficiently and growth opportunities
• Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels especially in the online space and map ad formats to advertising objectives
• Stay abreast of the latest trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to ensure the company stays ahead in the digital realm
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM social media email marketing and website optimization to drive online visibility and engagement
• Develop and implement content marketing strategies to create valuable and engaging content that resonates with the target audience
• Work closely with the business team to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company objectives and product launches
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns both online and offline to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
• Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring costeffective strategies and resource allocation
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track marketing campaign performance and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives to the executive team
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the companys reach and market share
  

• Requirements
  A bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field is required
• A masters degree in marketing or an MBA can be advantageous
• years of relevant work experience in marketing including several years in leadership roles
• Must Be a Chinese
• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities in both Chinese and English
• Strong understanding of the crypto industry and/or fintech industry including knowledge of the regulatory environment and key players
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build and motivate highperforming teams
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
• Significant experience in successfully delivering results in a fastpaced and dynamic business environment
