Job Description

- Write and post job descriptions on various job boards company websites and social media platforms
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates including networking referrals online job platforms and direct outreach
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that meet the job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit
- Coordinate and conduct inperson or virtual interviews with candidates
