Job Description
Looking for a Front Desk Agent to join one of the luxurious stars hotel in Abu Dhabi In this role you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service
- Greet guests warmly and assist with the checkin process
- Provide information about the hotels facilities services and policies
- Process guest checkouts efficiently ensuring accuracy in billing and payment transactions
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide information about local attractions restaurants and services
- Handle guest complaints and find appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions transactions and preferences
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Generate reports on room availability occupancy rates and other relevant metrics
