Job Description

- Responsible for the delivery in accordance with the maintenance strategy inhouse contracted services and soft facilities management services to the standards directed
- Ensuring all soft services Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are correctly planned coordinated and implemented
- Ensuring all reactive soft services calls / problems / requests are dealt efficiently and in accordance with preagreed response times with our clients
- Responsible for providing a key interface between Soft Services Section clients and the contracted service providers on a day to day basis
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting of service level agreements and key performance indicators internal and external also tracking of risks/ rewards mechanisms
- Responsible for financial tracking and reporting to ensure all services are delivered within agreed budgets and service levels
- Responsible for providing a continuous improvement review and development of initiatives to improve or rationalize hard services to achieve optimum performance and full client engagement
- Responsible for assessment procurement and management of projects specific to cleaning waste management or pest control services
- Identifying cost saving and performance enhancing opportunities
- Minimizing exposure and risk including compliance due diligence and H&S
- Developing and maintaining effective working arrangements with other sections partners and stakeholders in order to meet project objectives and outcomes and enhance ongoing relationships
- Site visits a minimum of once a week ensuring both client and cleaners are met
- To ensure that all cleaning operatives are adequately trained to an acceptable level commensurate with the duties they are to perform
- To monitor the performance of staff and take the necessary action to manage performance having referred to the Regional General Manager and Personnel Department as required
- To order all cleaning materials required by the team using agreed suppliers
