You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCheck and respond to the owners emails on a daily basis.
Maintain the owners calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Act as the liaison between the owner and clients, referral partners, and other stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings. Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and other office duties.
Minimum of 3 years experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
