Responsibilities:

• Roadway design for INDOT and Local Public Agency clients
  
• Prepare/deliver project design calculations, quantity takeoffs, specifications, plans, and contract documents
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Client communication
  
• Apply INDOT design manual and AASHTO principles to highway design
  
• Mentor junior staff
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 8+ years of highway design experience
  
• 4+ years of project management experience
  
• PE License
  
• PMP preferred
  
• Experience utilizing roadway design CADD software
  
• INDOT or other state DOT experience preferred
