Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with relevant partners to manage the full project life cycle through planning, design, budget & KPI monitoring and implementation
Establish a PMO structure with a robust approach to project governance and quality assurance, as well as detailed communications plan to keep all parties up to date with the latest progress
Lead cross functional project teams, often with conflicting priorities and timelines
Serve as a point of contact for key stakeholders, successfully managing the engagement of internal teams, external advisors and vendors/suppliers
Provide support through the successful execution into the "business as usual" phase, including post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of the project and lessons learnt
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, Computer Science or Engineering. A PgMP or PMP qualifications is highly preferred
Minimum of 10 years experience in IT project management, which includes leading complex SAP or Oracle ERP transformation programmes for a large organisation with multiple departments
A deep understanding of technology and complex software functionality that you can leverage to successfully solve/prevent issues and prioritise project activities
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with a demonstrable track record of relationship building with key stakeholders at a senior level on site with clients
Strong understanding of performance evaluation and change management principles
