Stainless Steel Cladding Foreman

• Lead and supervise a team of stainless steel craftsmen, welders, and installers in various projects.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of stainless steel cladding and fabrication projects.
• Possess a deep understanding of stainless steel fabrication techniques, welding, and installation processes.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in all stainless steel projects and conduct inspections to verify compliance.
• Monitor and manage inventory and procurement of stainless steel materials and components.
• Collaborate with other construction teams and contractors to ensure seamless integration of stainless steel components into projects.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain detailed records, including project progress reports, budgets, and material usage.
• Address any project-related challenges or issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor project costs and work to minimize wastage and expenses.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in stainless steel fabrication and installation.
• Strong expertise in all aspects of stainless steel fabrication and site installation.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising teams in the stainless steel division.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of welding processes and stainless steel finishes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Pakistani/Indian nationals will be given first preference.
