Assistant Foreman

• Assist the Foreman in the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of construction workers.
• Ensure that the project is carried out according to the schedule and budget.
• Monitor and report on project progress to the Foreman.
• Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and methods.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in the use of construction equipment and tools.
