Job Description
Renewals follow-up.
Invoicing issued policies.
Ensure that the customers have competitive quotes according to their requirements.
Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner in such a way as to
enhance our reputation with its customers.
Following up with insurance companies on the status of the policies.
Communicating to the client on the progress of their policies & claims.
Following up on payments and outstanding.
Develop & maintain excellent relationships with both internal & external parties.
Preparing report on pending enquiries/quotes and coordinating with the team head.
