Long Description Job Summary
The HR Assistant will be managing all data pertaining to business employees; updating employees records in HR data base and take lead of internal and external communication.
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to HR team;
Organize and develop employees record and filing system;
Help in payroll management in reviewing biometrics attendance on weekly basis;
Establish clear and engaging internal communication channel;
Create reports for senior management;
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries;
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities;
Design and deliver internal and external engagement activities;
Own the employee engagement & satisfaction surveys implementation and roll out.
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Candidate Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR or a related field
0 - 1 years experience in an administrative role
Strong communication skills
Familiar with database systems and common HR applications
