Registered Nurse - Psychiatry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with Psychiatry Experience and Certification to join our clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medication, monitoring patients' conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans for patients with mental health conditions
• Administer medication and monitor patients' responses to treatment
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with developments in mental health treatment and nursing practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Certification in Psychiatry Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a psychiatric clinic or hospital
• DHA eligibility or license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
