responsibilities:

1. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel of the organization.

2. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives VOA and revenue wise

3. Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

4. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

5. Initiate sales calls activities along with the Team Leader and Sales Manager when needed

6. Ensure Opportunities are contacted and closed.

7. Identify sales opportunities, networking and fact-finding and calling on and closing new accounts.

8. Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives.

9. Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Business Plans and employ effective game theory and negotiating strategies.

10. Develop timely and accurate sales pipelines

11. Development of Accounts to closure of revenue target.

12. High level engagement to the customers.

13. Full control of customer accounts

14. Creating and providing strong pipeline and conduct periodic pipeline review

15. Sell complex product of Etisalat and ICT solutions.
